Terms & Conditions – Liquidation Products

1. Final Sale Policy

All liquidation items sold by Hunt Depot Liquidation are final sale. Once purchased, these products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance.
 

2. Sold “As-Is”

All products are sold “as-is” and without any warranty, express or implied.
This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Customers acknowledge that liquidation items may include:

• Overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, or refurbished goods.

• Products that may show signs of handling, cosmetic imperfections, or packaging damage.
   

3. Product Condition & Testing

While we strive to describe and grade items accurately (e.g., new, open-box, used, for parts), Hunt Depot Liquidation makes no guarantees regarding the performance, completeness, or compatibility of any item unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
 

4. Inspection Responsibility

Buyers are encouraged to inspect or test products prior to purchase or upon receipt if pickup is not available. By completing a transaction, the buyer agrees that they have accepted the product in its current condition.
 

5. Liability Limitation

Hunt Depot Liquidation shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased product.
 

6. No Warranty or Support

Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply to liquidation items. Hunt Depot Liquidation does not provide service, parts, or technical support for products sold under liquidation terms.
 

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Hunt Depot Liquidation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
